In the extensive English park is situalted the picturesque Chateaux Topolčianky, dated back to the 15. - 16. century. Its main classicist wing is included into the three Renaissance wings, which conclude the courtyard with a fountain in the middle.
The jewel of Chateaux Topolčianky is undoubtedly the Historical Furniture Museum which presents collections of furniture, home accessories and historic weapons that are original, as they were left here by last owners of the chateaux.
Visitor passes gradually salons of different styles with extraordinary collection of porcelain, paintings and old hours. Chateauxs Historical Library presents rare collection of 14,000 volumes of books.
The chateux area includes historic apartments, where the bed of Czechoslovakias first president Tomas Garrigue Masaryk is located, as well as the romantic chateaux chapel dated back to the 17. century.
Chateaux Topolčianky is open to the public all year round, offering connection of history with the comfort of today.
