Mansion Pustý Chotár in Beladice was built by the noble family of Jesensky around 1820. Then it became the seat of the noble family Szirányii - Őtőmős. Later the mansion was bought by Baron Henrik Lindelóf, who by the end of the century rebuilt it and enlarged in the spirit of neoclassicism.

The Mansion then took the form of two-story, triple-tract rectangular shape building with a central rizalite, which is on the garden facade roofed by a dome. Around the rizalite was built (on cast-iron construction) balcony design by the Viennese artistic locksmith J. Wagner, underneath which is entered directly from the park entrance the oval hall - terrena.

Attention deserve stained glass windows at the main entrance. The interior fittings retained Faience fireplace in the form of pseudo Renaissance sideboard from the 90s of the 19. century. The lounges on the first floor you will find beautiful coffered ceiling.
The mansion remained in the neoclassical form until the presence, but at a reduced ground-plan disposition. In 1937, during building alterations by owner Dr. Kraus side wings were dismantled. New owner after a short time became Ďurčanský family, who owned the castle until 1945.

In the years 1948-1979 the building was a seat of elementary school. Since 1998 Mansion Pustý Chotár is Slovak cultural monument, managed by a private company, which has decided to reconstruct the entire object, restore its original art- historical value and fill its premises with corresponding social and cultural use.

In 2003, after a complete renovation, the entire area of the mansion was operated again as Park Hotel Tartuf. The hotel has unique environment, conditions and a pleasant atmosphere for both business and leisure visitors. It is an ideal place for organizing social and corporate events.

In the beautiful park near the mansion is installed unique natural gallery of art ceramics.
