Museum of Ukrainian-Ruthenian Culture is located in Svidník. The museum is open all year, with limited winter operations. Museum is located about 1 kilometer from the city center of Svidník, 300m from the main road to Bardejov.
Open-air museum offers many activities and services for visitors. In addition guided tours with expert commentary is available. Souvenirs, promotional materials, or different kinds of publications are here as well.
Snacks and traditional folk entertainment is to enjoy in the local Furmans Pub. The museum also organizes a number of authentic folklore programs, where as well slovak cultural tradition can be seen.
Holy liturgy is organized in beautiful local wooden churches from 1766. In addition, you can participate in demonstrations of traditional crafts and craftsmanship of different materials.
