Thermal mineral water
Thermal mineral water in Spa Piešťany has high mineral content (1500 mg per liter). The water also contains hydrogen sulfide and other gases. It rises from a depth of about 2000 meters. The temperature of the water sources is 67 ˚ C to 69 ˚ C. Daily emanate is three million liters of thermal water.
Sulphurous mud
Sulfur peloid mud is unique in Europe and worldwide. It is mined in places of current hot sulfur springs of thermal mineral water.
The sulphurous mud works anti-inflammatory, strengthens the immune processes in the body, preventing degradation of elastin, collagen and hyaluronan, and thereby improves the function of cartilage, connective tissue and improves motor skills.
