The right side of the dam can be accessed from the village Kyselica via boat transport to Vojka (bike transport is free). From Bratislava on the right side of the dam the route passes thorough city part called Čunovo, that offers visit of the water sports center and gallery of modern art Danubia as well.
The Danube bike route passes as well through the village Hamuliakovo, with  Gothic church from the 13th century and continues around the city Šamorín.

Near Vojka village two lakes are accessible by bike (summer swimming). The route continues to Gabčíkovo. From Gabčíkovo the route continues only on the rights side to Komárno and Medveďov.
