Bratislava Zoo is the traditional place of leisure for families with children. In the past, the area has undergone several changes and now you can find here the newly built Dinosaur Park. Perhaps the biggest attraction of the zoo is rhinoceros, as well as giraffes, zebras, camels, predatory felines, monkeys placed in a special pavilion, and a variety of birds. Dinopark visitors can admire the large-size models of prehistoric reptiles and learn many interesting facts about their way of life. Bratislava Zoo can be visited all year round. In the second area, near the pavilion of carnivores, will have more fun younger children. There are located here children's jungle gyms, slides, children's excavator, various inflatable attractions and there is a Zoo shop as well here.

In Dinopark, in wooded country, is located a total of 22 models of various types of dinosaurs in life-size. All dinosaurs are equipped with a sound track and one of them is even moving. This represents in a very interesting way life in the Mesozoic.
There is also a 3D cinema available here, that shows development of life on earth, unusual baby paleontological playground and information trail. Bratislava Zoo and Dinosaur Park is open daily throughout the year. In winter, it is open from November to March 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.. In summer - April to October 9 a.m. - 6 p.m..
